All project pricing is provided as a written quote before work begins, based on the scope discussed with the client. Any changes to the agreed scope may affect the final price and will be communicated before additional work starts.
A deposit of 30%* of the total project cost is required before work begins. This secures your place in the project schedule and covers initial work.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before final files, access, or deployment are handed over. For larger projects, payment may be split into milestones (e.g. design approval, development completion, final delivery) — this will be agreed in writing beforehand.
The most accepted/preferred payment method in Nixon Studio is via PayPal. Other payment methods can be discussed with the developer when placing the order.
If payment is not received within 2 days of the due date, work may be paused until the outstanding balance is settled.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time and resources already committed. If a project is cancelled partway through, the client will be billed for work completed up to that point; any amount paid beyond that will be refunded.
Each plan covers a certain number of revisions. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges, communicated in advance.
When you contact Nixon Studio or become a client, we may collect basic information such as your name, email address, and any project details you choose to share with us.

Details about your project — including files, business information, and any materials you share — are kept confidential and are not disclosed to anyone outside the studio without your permission, unless required by law.
With your permission, completed projects may be featured in our portfolio to showcase our work. If you'd prefer your project not be publicly shown, let us know, and we'll keep it private.
Any files or information shared with us are stored securely and kept only for as long as necessary to complete the project and provide ongoing support, unless you request otherwise.
